Vinification of the base wine: Produced in 100 % stainless steel, during fermentation the tank was chilled to help stop the fermentation process early and preserve the natural sugar

Alcohol removal: A state-of-the-art process was used to remove alcohol yet keep as many of the characteristic flavors of the base wine as possible. Bubbles were added after the de-alcoholization process.
